Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you order a personalised song from MelodyMade, a service operated by Demo Songs Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. What we provide

We create an original song based on the details you share in the order form. Depending on your package you receive:

• Essential (₹599): personalised lyrics and a full song MP3. Delivery within 1 working day.
• Signature (₹1,199): personalised lyrics and a full song MP3, plus a cover / lyric video. Delivery within 1 working day.
• Express (₹1,499): personalised lyrics and a full song MP3. Delivery within 4 working hours.

Songs are delivered digitally on WhatsApp and/or email. Nothing is shipped physically.

2. Working hours and delivery times

Delivery times are counted in working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST, excluding public holidays. The clock starts once your payment is confirmed and we have all the details we need. An order paid outside working hours starts at the next working hour.

3. Your responsibilities

• The information you give us is accurate, including names, spellings and pronunciation.
• You have the right to share any photos, names and stories you send us, and the people in them would not reasonably object.
• Your request is not abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory, or intended to harass anyone. We may refuse or cancel such orders and refund you in full.

4. Creative interpretation

Each song is a creative work. We follow your brief closely, but melody, arrangement and word choice are our creative decisions. Our refund, revision and delivery policy explains what we fix free of charge and what counts as a paid revision.

5. Using your song

You may share and play your song for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as gifting it, playing it at events and posting it on your personal social media. Commercial use, resale, or registering the song with music platforms needs our written permission. We will only use your song as a public sample with your permission.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

7. Liability

If something goes wrong with your order, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Mumbai.
