This policy explains what personal information Demo Songs Pvt Ltd collects when you order a song from MelodyMade, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details: your name, WhatsApp number and email address.
• Your song brief: names, the occasion, messages, memories and preferences you write in the order form.
• Photos and voice recordings you choose to upload, such as photos for a lyric video or a recording of how to pronounce a name.
• Payment details: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive a payment confirmation, but never your card, bank or UPI details.

How we use it

• To create and deliver your song, and to send you updates about your order.
• To answer your questions and handle corrections or refunds.
• To keep records we are required to keep for accounting and tax.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising without your permission.

Who we share it with

We only share what is needed to make your song, with people and services that help us produce it, such as singers, musicians and music production tools. We also share payment information with Razorpay to process your payment.

How long we keep it

We keep your order details for as long as we need them for support and our legal records. You can ask us at any time to delete your photos, voice recordings and song brief.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can also raise a concern with us first, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.
