Refund, Revision & Delivery Policy

Every song is made from scratch for one person, so we cannot resell it if an order is cancelled. This policy explains when you can get a refund and what we fix for free.

Cancellations and refunds

• Before we start work: you can cancel for a full refund. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.
• After we start writing: orders can no longer be cancelled, because the work is personalised to you.
• If we miss your delivery window: you can choose a full refund, or keep the song and get one free revision.
• If we cannot take on your order for any reason, we refund you in full.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Free corrections

If we got something wrong from your brief, such as a misspelled or mispronounced name or a detail we missed, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will fix it free of charge.

Paid revisions

Changes that go beyond your original brief, such as rewriting large parts of the lyrics, adding new stories, or making an alternate version, are available as a ₹299 add-on. These take an estimated 3 to 4 working hours.

Delivery

All songs and videos are delivered digitally on WhatsApp and/or email to the contact details in your order. There is no physical shipping. Delivery times follow your package and are counted in working hours (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST, excluding public holidays). If you have not received your song within your delivery window, please contact us.
